Our FARM-TO-STREET food philosophy finds its roots in an honest, hand made approach to each and every meal. We make everything from scratch with the same love and care that our family of local farms uses to grow the finest organic and naturally raised ingredients. Our seasonal menus feature an exciting selection of hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, entrées, salads, sides, desserts and refreshments.
Each event is unique in many ways and we like to treat it that way. We work together in crafting a menu proposal based on your preferences. The cost varies based on the amount of menu items, number of guests, and types of ingredients used. This price includes food for a specified number of people and specified range of time. The cost of service and rentals are applied separately.
Your guests may enjoy their hand crafted meal directly from the gastrotruck or from a buffet table. This may vary based on the type of event, location and menu. Other services include tray-pass or family-style.
We will provide biodegradable plateware, cutlery, napkins, as well as waste and recycle bins. We are also more than happy to offer accommodations such as water or coffee stations, cake-cutting and more.
We require approximately 10 x 25 feet of space to park the gastrotruck.
