It’s been a whirlwind of change and growth for us here at MIHO in the last couple months with the launch of our second truck and the move to our own kitchen space. Now that we’ve settled into our kitchen, it’s time to spread our wings and take on a new endeavor that we are proud to present to you on this week’s menu…MIHO SWEETS!
Pastry has always been a passion and hobby of mine, and to be able to bring my sweets to the street is a dream come true! On this week’s menu, you’ll find two all-American favorites that I hope prove to be HOMI pleasers. I’ve been a cookie aficionado since I was a kid, and I’m sure you share the same sentiment, so I can’t wait for you to try our Chocolate Chip Cookie. Also, be sure to try the mini Apple Galette, a rustic take on apple pie made with Crow’s Pass Farm apples in a flaky, buttery crust.
When it comes to sweets, I believe Ernestine Ulmer, an early 20th century writer, put it best when she said, “Life is uncertain, eat dessert first.” Come out and treat yourself this week and as always, we look forward to seeing you on the street.
