Cheddar makes everything better, and when it comes to finding the tastiest cheddar to top our GRASS FED BURGER or THE BELLO, we count on our friends at SPRING HILL JERSEY CHEESE to provide us with the good stuff. Spring Hill operates in Northern California and is home to the Jersey girls, a herd of 400 pasture-raised, grass-fed, Jersey cows that provide the artisan cheese used in our kitchen. Each step of the cheese making process from the milking of the cows to the packaging of the final product takes place on the Spring Hill Farm, which is in the loving care of the Peter Family who have owned the dairy since the late 80′s.
The cheese of choice on our menu is Spring Hill’s Organic White Cheddar, an award winner with a great, creamy texture and amazing flavor that is produced during it’s 18 month aging process. We are proud to bring Spring Hill to the street everyday and we hope you find it as delicious as we do. You can also find them at the Hillcrest Farmers Market on Sundays!
