Great beer and great food go together so well. Since we started MIHO Gastrotruck, we have always enjoyed beer collaborations, whether it be our Behind-the-Brewery series with Ballast Point or being part of so many brewery grand openings. We just enjoy bringing the best of both worlds together.
We are back with a MIHO beer dinner series called Brews N’ Bites. Each event will have its own unique experience – from casual to seated – so you can choose which one is more your style. Regardless, the pairings will be fun, interesting and all about enjoying good food with good beer.

As easy going as it gets at one of our favorite breweries. Simply show up hungry and order your pairing off the truck. Green Flash will be rolling out a special Black IPA for this one as well as their Cuvee Triple.
