MENU
Our catering menu reflects the overall food philosophy of MIHO Gastrotruck. Each dish is hand-made, from scratch, using only the highest quality ingredients sourced as locally as possible. The cuisine is typically inspired by what is in season as well as our Daily Menu.
We offer a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, entrée dishes, side dishes, non-alcoholic beverages, and desserts – many of them being vegetarian.
Your guests will order from the gastrotruck or enjoy their choices from a buffet table. This may vary based on the type of event and menu.
COST
Each event is unique in many ways and we like to treat it that way. We work together in crafting a menu proposal based on your preferences. The cost varies based on the amount of menu items, number of people, and types of ingredients used. This price includes food for a specified number of people and specified range of time. The cost of service and rentals are applied separately.
SERVICES
We will provide biodegradable dishware, cutlery, napkins, as well as waste and recycle bins.
Other dining accommodations include tray-pass, family-style or buffet-style service. We also offer beverage consultation, consisting of beer, wine, cocktail, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverage recommendations, as well as food and beverage pairing recommendations.
We require approximately 10 x 25 feet of space to park the gastrotruck.
If guests are ordering and paying for food individually, then those events are decided on a case by case basis and usually require a minimum guarantee.

When poets write about food it is usually celebratory. Food as the thing-in-itself, but also the thoughtful preparation of meals, the serving of meals, meals communally shared: a sense of the sacred in the profane.
