MENU
The catering menu reflects our FARM-TO-STREET food philosophy. Each dish is hand made, from scratch, using only the highest quality ingredients sourced from our family of local farms. The cuisine is inspired by these amazing seasonal ingredients as well as our Daily Menu.
We offer a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, entrées, sides, desserts and craft beverages.
COST
Each event is unique in many ways and we like to treat it that way. We work together in crafting a menu proposal based on your preferences. The cost varies based on the amount of menu items, number of guests, and types of ingredients used. This price includes food for a specified number of people and specified range of time. The cost of service and rentals are applied separately.
SERVICES
Your guests may order from the gastrotruck or enjoy their feast from a buffet table. This may vary based on the type of event and menu. Other dining accommodations include tray-pass or family-style service.
We will provide biodegradable dishware, cutlery, napkins, as well as waste and recycle bins. We require approximately 10 x 25 feet of space to park the gastrotruck.
